She is only known as Xiaoqing and is 21 years old and is attempting to win back her ex boyfriend whose favorite actress was Alba. Finance was not stopping the woman from doing it as surgeons in Shanghai offered to do it all for free.

The plans were finally put on hold after a disgusted Alba reached out to the woman and begged with her not to change her appearance.

I think you should never have to change yourself like that. If somebody loves you, they’ll love you no matter what.

In the end it appears that she will not get the operations after Jessica’s advice and thanked her for helping her to change her mind telling people that her words made a huge impact on the decision.

The movie was born out of the the Grindhouse trailer began by director Robert Rodrigez. The film also has a star studded cast, including Danny Trego, Michelle Rodriquez Robert De Nero, Lindsay Lohan and even Cheech Marin from Cheech & Chong. She plays the character Sartana.

The movie is about the highly skilled Federale Machete who is hired to assassinate a senator. Just as he is about to take his shot he noticed another sniper aiming at him and quickly realized that he has been set up. Check out these stills from the movie and of Alba on set!
